This policy explains how Mr. D Car Wash (“Mr. D,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use this website, claim an offer, join our text program or buy a membership.

- Information you give us: your name, email address and mobile phone number when you claim a free wash or sign up.
- Membership and payment information: when you buy a membership, checkout is handled by our membership platform and its payment processor. Card details go directly to the payment processor; we don’t store your full card number.
- Visit information: when you redeem a voucher or use your membership, we keep a record of your washes.
- Website and device information: pages you visit, your browser and device type, and similar data collected through cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
How we use it
- To send your free wash voucher and reminders.
- To send text messages and emails you’ve agreed to receive, including offers.
- To set up, bill and manage your membership.
- To measure and improve our ads and website.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To meet legal obligations and prevent fraud, such as limiting offers to one per customer.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our membership and messaging platform, payment processor and website host. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta, which receive website activity through the Meta Pixel so we can measure and improve our ads.
- Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or others.

Text messaging: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.
